1. Registration Form: Click HERE to download

   1. The registration form must be completed in full, with all required signatures.

2. Photo ID: Submit photocopies of government issued photo ID for both the student and guest.

How to Submit your Registration:

Submit your completed registration package (payment, form, photo ID copies) in person on one of the

following dates from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM outside the school office.

• Tuesday, May 13th

• Wednesday, May 14th

• Tuesday, May 20th

• Wednesday, May 21st

• Tuesday, June 3rd

• Wednesday, June 11th

You will need:

* Parent's information - who will be picking you up. ONLY this person will be able to sign you out of the event and no one will be permitted to leave until they are signed out by the parent.

* A photocopy of your ID (you will need to bring government issued ID to the event with you when you sign in as well).

* If you are bringing a guest, they will also need their ID - both on the form and at the event. They will also need a parent or guardian to sign the form.

Important Notes

• Students are responsible for their own conduct as well as that of their guest. If inappropriate behaviour occurs, the parent/guardian will be contacted and required to pick up the student/guest immediately.

• Government issued photo ID is required at check-in. No entry will be granted without valid ID.

• Grads and guests who are 18+ and wish to consume alcohol will receive an age verified wrist band upon check in with valid photo ID. Only grads and guests wearing a wrist band will be allowed to purchase alcoholic beverages.

• Re-entry will not be permitted once a student or guest has le the event.

• The RBC Convention Centre does not allow bags or changes of clothing. Attendees must remain in their Graduation Dinner attire. Please respect this policy. 

• Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted at the event.

• Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are included with admission and will be available throughout the night. Pizza will be served around midnight.

• The only individual allowed to pick up a student or guest is the person listed on the registration form. Driver photo ID will be required at pickup.

WHAT IS SAFE GRAD?

Safe Grad is a fun and safe celebration planned and organized by the parents of the graduates, and is now widely accepted as an integral part of graduation celebrations in nearly all Manitoba high schools. The official slogan is “It’s your graduation…get home safe”.

More than just a party, Safe Grad is a commitment by parents to conduct a great, ‘once in a lifetime’ evening for graduating seniors. It builds a spirit of togetherness among graduates as they celebrate this milestone and a sense of community as everyone works to keep the graduates entertained and most importantly,
safe.

Approximately 100 parent/guardian volunteers are needed to make this a memorable event. Please consider volunteering for sub-committees* that interest you by completing the VMC Safe Grad Volunteer Application (Link above)!

If you previously submitted your name to Vincent Massey Collegiate about volunteering (not through the above form) and have not received any communication from vmcsafegrad2025@gmail.com, we kindly ask that you complete the VMC Safe Grad Volunteer Application so we can reach you.

Convocation Ceremony

Seating is first-come, first served.
There is parking on the street surrounding the convention center (free after 5:30pm). There is also underground parking (paid) directly under the building.

Graduation tickets are mostly sold out, with the exception of single tickets. Contact the VMC office or visit the Pembina Trails website and go to Grad 2025 for details.
